hi everybody, its been a while since the last time i wrote something in this lousy journal.
so the last couple of weeks have been pretty rad, in the beggining of our christmas holidays me and my band (All Against The World) went to Estudio Morgue and recorded the 5 tracks that will feature on our split with Twisted Minds (FR).
it was an amazing week and a half, we had lots of fun (watch out for "TAILZ" AHAHAHAHA") and i'm pretty happy with the result of our hard work. the major point is that a i had no vacations left so now that i'm in classes again, i feel completely exhausted. the band thing is working out pretty good, the 2 tracks we have distributed we're darn good accepted (i guess..) and we, i mean Jofy and Minhoca at PRP Productions are working their arses off to book shows for us and to other nacional and foreign bands. prepare yourselves, 'cause Porto Hardcore is getting back on track..
Meanwhile, we we're invited to play in FINALCORE FEST ths weekend, it was a bit soon but i'm looking forward to it. thanks to Braulio @ ScreamInSilence for making it possible!

estou exausto.
ontem foi o primeiro dia de gravaçoes, estivemos no estúdio até ás 3 da manha. acho que está a correr bem, o nosso produtor é mesmo muito bom e com a ajuda do nosso técnico de som acho que o resultado final irá surpreender.
ontem fomos jantar a um restaurante (cujo nome involvia "nao-sei-quê antiga espanhola"). estamos todos intoxicados, ontem batemos todos mal no estúdio, com tonturas e tudo. imaginem um sitio gorduroso, com um dono/empregado/chef bêbado, onde tudo sabia a filetes de pescada (até o frango assado e os panados) e onde as omoletes simples vinham com fiambre e chouriço. tudo isto por €2,5. bem, o qué que se podia esperar dum sitio que diz no menu da porta: "lombos de porco assados com batatas assadas e arroz - pieces of port wuith roasted potatões and rice" ?
well, you live and you learn...

hoje vamos entrar em estúdio para gravar a nossa parte do split com Twisted Minds.
estou completamente contente. após 6 meses de trabalho conseguimos dar uma reviravolta na nossa banda, mudou o line up, mudou o som, mudou a atitude.
a partir de janeiro vamos começar a dar concertos aqui por portugal, queremos trazer cá bandas do resto do pais e algumas de fora, mas para mim o mais importante neste momento é tentar expandir o hardcore ao norte do país, acabar com a fronteira "algarve/lisboa". vai dar trabalho, mas tem que se começar sempre por baixo.
